Rather than take the time to transpose all my favorite Christmas carols into a decent key for guitar, I decided to use Google. I found this nice collection of carols in one zip'ed archive. I'm pretty sure that these are all "public domain" so there should be no worries about copyright issues.
I'm going to be using these for the "Parents Shopping Day" we're doing at the Greenhouse - parents can drop their kids at the Greenhouse between 8:30am-1:30pm so they can get their Christmas shopping done. I'm in charge of doing Christmas carols...

Or in case that site goes down, you can get it here.

I didn't make the show at the Sweetwater Saloon on Friday or the Great American Music Hall on Saturday, but Larry made the GAMH show. Not only did he make it in the door, but he took a ton of pictures.
Dogwood Mercy opened for Tremolo and you can find pictures of them at the start of the album.
The Tremolo pictures start around pg5 in the album.

Well, for all you Tremolo fans who didn't make the Borders show in Palo Alto, a friend took some video (bootleg!) of "Wait up for Me" in wmv. I didn't bother to take the time to patch Gallery to support embedded video, so you'll have to download all 16MB before viewing it. Sorry...

While you're waiting for it to download, you can check out the new pictures I put up in my gallery (including this last Tremolo show - 11/18/05 at Borders, Palo Alto).

http://darren.stanford.edu/gallery/tremolo-11-18-05 for pictures and video from the 11/18/05 show.
http://lwu.myphotos.cc/gallery/tremoloborders for Larry's pictures of the show.

... and in case you get bored...
http://darren.stanford.edu/gallery/stanford for all my pictures from around Stanford.
I updated portions of the site to be integrated with my blog via topic. No real big updates in the music section except I did create PDF files for chord charts.

(previous entries below)
07/07/2004 8:56pm- I know... I know... I haven't updated this in a loooong time. If you notice my .plan file, you'll see that I'm trying to get back into the habit of practicing guitar. Once that happens, new material might appear.

04/13/2003 1:19am - Lyrics/chord charts are all in Word Doc format. I hope to convert them to PDF when I get time. Be warned, some of the songs have evolved since I wrote the chord charts. I just added MP3s of rough first takes (all guitar, vocal, violin by Darren Patterson) .

    I belong always,
yet I wander from Your throne.
Without peace, I desire
the place You<tick>ve made my home.

But You love me,
and I need that to survive.
Break my heart. God,
I know you listen as I cry.
